I DO NOT accept returns and exchanges for personalised items

- Can be personalised with your own words on front and inside
- Can be handwritten 
- Can be sent back to you or directly to the recipient
- Please make sure that you double check the spelling and try to keep it short unless it's a personalised text inside of the card. 
- I will design it and send an image to you for your final confirmation before dispatching it. Please check your messages / emails to avoid delays in processing your order.

This item is packaged in cellophane bag for protection until use and then posted in a sturdy board backed 'do not bend' envelope to prevent damage in transit.

UK - Royal Mail

1st Class - the delivery aim is the next working day, including Saturdays

INTERNATIONAL - Royal Mail

International Standard - Europe within 3-5 working days, the rest of the world within 6-7 working days
Tracked & Signed International - Europe within 3-5 working days, worldwide within 5-7 working days (signature on delivery)

Please note it is only an approximate shipping time and actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
