Your access to and use of migcphotography.com (“the Website”) is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

Your privacy is very important to me. Accordingly, I have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how I collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines my privacy policy.
I only collect personal information about you, such as your name, address, email address, or telephone number that you voluntarily provide to me to fulfill your order that you purchased via this Website or I may receive your personal information about you when you send me an email through my Website or sign up for my newsletter (where applicable).
I do not sell any personal information I receive through my Website to any third party, nor will I add such information to any bulk email list I may prepare.
Terms & Conditions
I use a professional printer with high quality ink and paper for all my landscape, flower photography designs to offer the best customer experience.
I give myself 1-3 working days to fulfill your order unless stated otherwise. All products are reviewed before sending, carefully wrapped and ready to be shipped.
I will inform you when your order has been dispatched via email or message.
PERSONALISATION
When placing your order for customised greeting cards, calendars or desk organisers planners please use the area provided to tell me your personalisation details. Let me know who the gift is for and who it is from, type your important dates for me to add to the calendar. You can also add a personal message that will be printed on the other side of the flat card or inside of the folded card.
Please make sure that you double check the spelling and try to keep it short unless it’s a personal message on the inside of the card.
I will keep in touch with you for personalised items before dispatching them to you or directly to the recipient to make sure it is accurate and meets your expectations. Seller is not responsible for any mistakes that has been made when placing an order.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING TIME
All items in the UK are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail delivery service. A buyer can voluntarily choose a 1st Class Signed For delivery service to be able to track an order right from the start to the end. It will require a signature from the recipient upon delivery.
All International items are shipped via Standard International Royal Mail delivery service. A buyer can voluntarily choose an International Tracked & Signed delivery service. A signature will be taken on delivery and there is the availability of tracking your order.
Any lost or damaged items after dispatch does not make me (the seller) responsible for them. It is buyers responsibility to choose tracked and signed option for the items to arrive safely or to seek for the cover for any damages or loss.
I give 1-3 business days for the UK orders, 3-5 business days to Europe and 6-7 business days to the USA, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world. Please note it is only an approximate shipping time and actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
However I will do my best to ship your order as soon as possible and meet these estimates, but can not guarantee them.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
> Custom or personalised orders
> Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
COPYRIGHT
In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes the downloading, copying and/or printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.
The purchase of a print does not transfer the copyright. Permission is not given for any of my photographs to be reproduced, copied or altered in anyway.
